Modern Slavery Act Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Vendo AI takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain.

Our business

Vendo AI is a UK-based software company providing an autonomous AI sales platform delivered entirely as a cloud service. Our workforce is small, professional and directly engaged; we do not operate manufacturing, logistics or other labour-intensive physical supply chains where modern-slavery risk is typically concentrated.

Our commitment

We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships.

Our supply chain

Our suppliers are primarily providers of cloud infrastructure, software services and professional services. We assess suppliers for reputational and compliance risk before engagement and favour established vendors who publish their own modern-slavery and ethical-labour commitments.

Policies and due diligence

  • Employment is voluntary, documented, and compliant with applicable labour law.
  • Procurement favours suppliers with published ethical-sourcing statements.
  • Any concern raised is investigated by management directly; given our size, escalation reaches company leadership immediately.

Reporting a concern

Anyone — employee, supplier or member of the public — can raise a concern confidentially at support@vendo-ai.com. No one will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern.
