Vendo AI uses a hybrid billing model combining monthly subscriptions with flexible credit usage:
- Monthly Subscription: Choose a plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) that includes a set amount of credits
- Credits: Use credits for various AI operations - 100 credits = $1.00
- Overage: If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan
- Rollover: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

- Pay-as-you-go: Buy credits in increments of $10, $50, $100, or custom amounts

Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your AI operations will be paused until you purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher plan. Enable auto top-up to prevent service interruptions.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. However, credits purchased separately (not part of a subscription) never expire.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New users get 500 free credits to test our platform. No credit card required to start your trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and ACH transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment. Additional credit purchases are non-refundable but never expire.
How is voice call pricing calculated?
Voice calls are billed per minute. A standard voice call costs 14 credits/minute, while voice calls with presentations cost 17 credits/minute. Billing is rounded up to the nearest minute.
