Vendo AI Your Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vendo AI platform (“Vendo AI”, “the Service”), operated by Vendo AI LTD (Company No. 15081711), registered at Fourth Floor, 4–8 Ludgate Circus, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7LF (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By using Vendo AI, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Vendo AI is an AI-powered platform that allows users to:

  • upload and store content, documents, text, data, presentations, audio, and other materials;

  • automatically generate sales scripts, presentations, and communication flows;

  • create AI agents that can participate in online meetings, calls, and other communication platforms (e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams);

  • embed Vendo AI widgets, voice agents, and automated systems into their websites or business tools.

All content provided to Vendo AI is uploaded manually and voluntarily by the User.
Vendo AI acts solely as a technological tool that processes the User’s inputs and generates output based on those inputs.

2. User-Provided Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, store, input, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”).

  2. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload this content and use it within the Service.

  3. Vendo AI does not monitor, verify, or validate user content.

  4. Vendo AI is not responsible for:

    • inaccuracies, illegalities, or violations contained within User Content;

    • misuse of User Content by you or any third party;

    • reputational or financial damages resulting from the content you upload or distribute through Vendo AI.

3. AI Output & Automated Agent Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  1. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unexpected.

  2. You are fully responsible for reviewing all AI-generated materials before using them in business activities or communication.

  3. Vendo AI does not guarantee that:

    • AI agents will respond accurately;

    • AI output will be legally or factually correct;

    • meeting interactions will be successful, coherent, or safe.

  4. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from:

    • AI responses in meetings, calls, or chats;

    • embedding Vendo AI widgets or voice agents into your website or systems;

    • third-party reactions, complaints, or claims related to AI behavior.

Vendo AI LTD is not liable for damages, losses, reputational harm, or legal claims arising from AI-generated actions or communications.

4. Data Storage & Confidential Information

  1. Users may choose to store confidential or sensitive business information inside Vendo AI.

  2. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

    • storage is voluntary;

    • you control what data you provide;

    • you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any confidentiality obligations you may have.

  3. We do not use your data for training our AI models, marketing, or internal analytics.

  4. User data is only processed for:

    • generating AI responses,

    • operating the platform,

    • maintaining system functionality.

5. Data Retention Policy

  1. If your subscription expires or is not renewed, your account data will be retained for 30 days.

  2. After 30 days, all stored data, uploaded files, and AI agents will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

  3. Deleted data cannot be restored.

6. Payments & Billing

  1. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, an independent PCI-compliant payment processor.

  2. Vendo AI LTD does not store or handle bank card information, card numbers, billing addresses, or financial credentials.

  3. Prices, subscription tiers, and payment terms are displayed on the Vendo AI website and may be updated at any time.

  4. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vendo AI for:

  • illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities;

  • generating content intended to deceive, impersonate, or mislead;

  • violating copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or confidentiality obligations;

  • distributing harmful automated agents without proper disclosure to meeting participants;

  • interfering with third-party systems using Vendo AI agents or scripts.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. The Vendo AI platform, software, algorithms, UI/UX, branding, and underlying technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Vendo AI LTD.

  2. User Content remains the intellectual property of the User.

  3. AI-generated output may be used by the User for any lawful business purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Vendo AI LTD is not liable for:

    • incorrect or harmful AI responses;

    • decisions made based on AI output;

    • business losses, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages;

    • legal claims from customers, employees, partners, or third parties resulting from your use of AI agents;

    • any third-party misuse of your embedded widgets or agents.

  2. The service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without guarantees of accuracy, performance, or reliability.

  3. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

10. Account Security

  1. You must keep your login credentials secure.

  2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  3. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms;

  • your use poses security or legal risks;

  • required by law or third-party request.

Upon termination, data deletion will follow the retention policy described above.

12. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

Vendo AI LTD complies with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and all relevant privacy laws.

13. International Use

You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction when using AI tools or storing data.

14. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted publicly and become effective immediately.
